On Dec 10 2010 found a bed bug on the morning of December 9th in the bed i had slept in for 2 nights.I did kill the bug (which was full of blood)and put it in a zip lock bag. I Reported it to the front desk. They looked shocked and didnt seem to know what to do. They asked if i "wanted" to report it to the security department, But i was not able to stay becasue i had to leave to get a cab to make it to the airport...

Sure enough, I looked up pictures of bed bugs on the internet and they were indeed. The first thing I did was call hotel front desk and they sent 2 security guards to my room. I immediatly vacated the room and went downstairs and they told me they would clean all of my clothes....

On Jul 29 2009 tcgal55 wrote, I stayed for for business in a beautiful oceanfront suite on the fifth floor and ended up bein eaten by bed bugs. To top it off, the hotel staff did not offer anything except to move me to another suite! I never saw a manager or had a call from anyone after showing the bites on my arms and legs to the 5 security gurards they sent up after I called to complain. Beware and check the beds!
