The outside bar by the pool is very nice though with good food, drinks and service. The beach area is great and the pool area decent. The rooms were big but out dated and my friend's room had bedbugs and she had the bites to prove it. The hotel staff denied everything and handled it very poorly. Not good!

On Nov 22 2010 ...something small and red at the bottom of the bed. When she pulled back the sheet and googled bed bugs on her cell phone sure enough it was a perfect match! We called housekeeping and I have to say they were VERY accomodating. They immediately apologized, washed all of our clothes, comped our room for the night and let us eat and drink on the house for lunch. Granted it was a gross and scary experience...

On Nov 27 2008 doctor4ever wrote, ...on a one time basis - they refused to do anything to make our stay better. Oh, did I mention the bed bugs? I had welts all over my body the next morning. It was so bad that we shortened our vacation by one day and paid extra to fly home early. If you want to have a good stay, do not pick this hotel.
