On Dec 1 2012 ...a palm sized blood stain and little black specks on corner. When looked closer black specks were bed bug carcasses and live bed bugs were crawling among them! Caught one in cardboard cup and plastic bagged it and took it to the front desk. Told the woman at the front desk we needed a new room and presented her with the creepy crawly! She gave us a new room and absolutely no apology whatsoever. She...

On Dec 1 2012 Afund19 wrote, ...clean upon initial inspection. However, around 1am while laying in bed watching a movie, a little bedbug came crawling across the comforter toward us. Staff was apologetic and paid for us to do our laundry, but were unable to give us another room. They did comp the room though. We found out the next morning that others in our party staying on a different floor also found bedbugs in their room. Beware!...
