On Jan 3 2011 djgmg01 wrote, We stayed here on new years eve (2010) and was horrified to find BED BUGS the next morning.We lifted the matress only to find more of them. Put 2 of them in a bagie and took them to the front desk. The owner was there and said he didn't know where they came from. Hard to understand his broken english. Said he would call the exterminator. We asked for our money back and he gave us $14.00 and refused...
