On Apr 18 2012 Live bed bug found on blanket of bed and two more crawling on wall by picture over bed. Took bug down to desk and the clerk would not even look at it or send someone to the room to inspect it only denied that they "don't have those here". Hotel would not give us a new room and sent bedding up for us to change ourselves! When we contacted the manager of the hotel he would only give us a refund of $20...
