On Dec 3 2012 ...did not dissipate. I googled to find more info only to find this Best Western has had prior bed bug incidents. I called the hotel to complained of my suffering and the receptionist took down my contact information and informed me a manager will call me first thing in the morning. No one has yet called. The hotel might be cheap, but it's not worth all the pain. Please steer clear of this hotel. (P.S....

On Aug 7 2012 Stayed a couple weeks ago. Was in the bathroom and saw something crawling on the floor. Thought it was a tick but realized it was my first ever bed bug. Found three more within ten minutes. They refunded the room to us. A week later I had bites on my chest and arms. It was tourist season with all the tour bus trash coming in.

I thought the staff went above and beyond what was expected...
