On Oct 31 2011 My wife and I were bitten all over by bed bugs. upon speaking to the clerk in the morning she refused to listen to what I has to say and laughed about it. Later after speaking to the manager, she refused to acknowledge the fact that we were bitten all over and said were were mistaken.
