On Nov 3 2011 I found two bed bugs crawling on the sheets in the morning. I mentioned this to the manager. It was not handled correctly at all. I was moved to another room. They took the bug I found. They booked out the same room that day 1 hour after they moved me out. There has been no followup with me. The spread of them is rampant in this hotel. They will not take responsibility for it. On Sep 17 2011 We found a bed bug on our pillow at this hotel and it was confirmed by hotel staff. It was a huge ordeal to ensure that we did not bring the bugs home. We had bites all over our legs. It was a nightmare!

On May 8 2011 The morning we packed up and were leaving our Sheraton Maui room after a 6 night stay we saw a bed bug crawling across the bathroom floor. On Mar 19 2011 After my stay in January, I had small bites on my upper back. The room seemed clean. And I didn't check the bedding, but these were no like random mosquito bites, there was a cluster of small bites/welt that took a week or more to heal.

On Sep 13 2010 09/04/10. Room seemed clean and maintained. Did not see any staining on bed or any bed bugs. When i awoke in the morning i had red welts on my back and stomach. It was very itchy and has taken over a week to go away. After examining the clothes I used to sleep in, I found smashed bugs and red splatter on my shirt.
