On Jun 2 2011 I woke up with bite marks/welts in a circle on the back of my leg/rear my 3rd night there. I had checked and didn't see any bugs prior to moving into the room, but now that I'm home I saw a bug. Haven't had any new bites since I got home.but I think I may have taken some with me.

On Mar 26 2011 Still Itching at the thought of it wrote, March 23, 2011 we checked in, I checked for bed bugs and found one. I took the live bed bug wrapped up in a piece of paper to the front desk and checked out. We got a refund. I searched for the hotel before we stayed, but now I see it was listed under a different name. Ramada Tropics Resort Hotel & Conference Center. Same hotel and still has bed bugs.

On Mar 17 2011 My husband and I got eaten up in a jaccuzi suite on 8/14/10. When I called the manager, she said she would personally check and she had never had a report of bedbugs at the hotel. Ha. I had anxiety for months afterwards and had my house checked about 2 months later because I was sure we brought one home. I couldn't sleep and was driving my husband crazy too. No bedbugs at home. On Sep 6 2010 Denise Fortier wrote, I stayed here in June 2010 and woke up with several itchy, red bug bites. I originally thought they were spider bites but have later learned of bed bugs. I did inform the hotel in an after stay evaluation they sent me that I had been bit by some unknown bug during the night, thinking it had been a spider. When I saw another report from the hotel on this site, I was concerned that it was indeed bed bugs.

On Aug 25 2010 I stayed at the hotel, woke up the next morning and found 2 baby bed bugs in my bed, when i called the front desk they sent me a maintenance man that told me that they were not bed bugs, he was very disrecpectful so i told him i would like a manger. i called front desk, they refused to answer the phone.
