On Sep 5 2012 MONTICELLO wrote, ...TIMES AND ENJOYED OURSELVES. HOWEVER, THE LAST TIME WE STAYED WE FOUND SEVERAL (APPROXIMATELY 6) BED BUGS CRAWLING ON THE COVERS JUST BEFORE LIGHTS OUT-THANK ____. WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND WHEN THE MANAGER ARRIVED I SHOWED HIM THE BUGS. I INFORMED HIM I WOULD BE DOWN STAIRS AS SOON AS I PACKED AND I WOULD BE GETTING A FULL REFUND. THEY DID NOT ATTEMPT TO ARGUE AND REFUNDED MY MONEY.

On Apr 20 2012 Rose wrote, Almost spent the night April 15 2012. Found bedbugs in the mattress after going to my room. Immediately went to the front desk and reported it. After an argument, the clerk called the manager and they reversed my credit card charges only after I took the manager back to the room and the refund was contingent upon my ability to show him a bedbug! I did, and went elsewhere that night.

On Feb 18 2010 Henry wrote, ...up about an hour later after feeling some biting, turned on the lights and could see at least five bedbugs immediately. I complained at the desk, and they had the nerve to tell me that I probably brought them in with my clothes! Well I had not been on the road and I do not have bedbugs at home so I know I did not bring them in. Do not stay at this place, the money is too much for a ghetto experience.
