They did change our room the next morning, but good luck sleeping with that fear! I have requested a refund - I heard back from the manager, and all she could offer me was a comped future stay. That is NOT what I am seeking. I will not go back! She said she did not have authorization to give me a refund....

There was old food left in the refrigerator, the floor was in need of vacuuming, window & mirrors were dirty, dust on the furniture. mold on the shower curtain and a 'hocker' left in the tub! It felt like there were 'bedbugs' biting me. Front desk.no help and very rude. I don't know the year this hotel was supposedly remodeled, but it hasn't been recently.
