On Jul 5 2012 Checked in on July 2nd 2012. Room 115, bottom floor. Bed closest to window was inspected, bed bugs visible in seam of mattress, observed to fall down dust ruffle when disturbed. Manager notified. Was "upgraded" to a room on the second floor. Although there was no visible sign of bugs in that room, I am not convinced that policy and procedure was followed regarding bed bugs in rm 115. She kept stating...
