On Dec 29 2011 I am a customer in this hotel. I came down with a "rash" that was diagnosed by a dermatologist as bed bug bites. After then reading abou it on the internet and seeing pictures I can see that they are exactly as the pictures are. Red marks in a row on the exposed areas of my arms and upper chest, neck and face. It has been horrible. The hotel gave me a refund and changed my room for the final night...
