On Aug 8 2012 ...4 times the front desk to assist, finally Ryan got some one up to the room (44). The morning I left I once again showed the front desk they brushed it off. Got home went to doctor, bed bugs as I suspected. Dr. put me on medication to stop itching and development of others. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will I recommed or return. Aditionally wrote to the corporate office, never had an acknowledgement.

On Jul 1 2011 bobo86 wrote, this hotel is dirty, smells like mold badly, and alot of the rooms inside have BED BUGS! the AC doesnt work in the cabana suites.which when its 115 in phoenix is a HUGE problem. The pics look great but the place is dirty. Even the pool was gross. The food was so bad that we didnt even bother going to eat the second morning we were there even though it was free.
