On Jul 5 2011 chris917 wrote, ...to pay extra for everything (normally use of tennis courts is free) and only some guests have access to their beach. Some of the staff were unhelpful; check in center people didn't know much about the amenities and we ordered items from the concierge service which came 3 hours after calling (and 3 follow up calls). Most importantly, I WAS BITTEN BY BEDBUGS during the stay. We would never go back.

The furniture was falling apart, stained, full of mold and stains of bed bugs and the hallways looked like nobody has serviced to it in month's. They have 2 pools, and they were dirty, moldy, old and outdated . oh and no staff around !
