On Jun 12 2012 We stay here all the time. Never have had ONE problem. The place is an amazing hotel. Friendly staff. Never have seen or been "bitten" by bed bugs. come on people.

On Feb 26 2012 Stayed there in August 2011. Did not see actual bugs bug found a tear in the end of the matress and there were little black dots around it and in the tear. Bed bug specialist did come and say yes it looked like bed bugs. They moved us to a new room on a different floor. I did not sleep well at all. On Aug 15 2011 I always check the mattresses after seeing a special on TV. On the base of the matress there was a tear. The were black spots all around the tear and inside the tear. The bed bug specialist at the hotel said that it did look like a track. They were very helpful and moved me to another room on a different floor. We had no further problems. On Mar 14 2011 Sorry, I have to agree that this hotel has not been kept up from the beginning. My family stayed there the first summer it was open and never went back. It wasn't clean from the opening.
