On May 24 2011 SherryCa wrote, ...was alot of hair on the floor in the bathroom and on the mattress. I did check the mattress for bed bugs and did not see any. The room was very dated,and their was no venterlation. The locked thermometer in the room was set to 70 degrees. It was pretty warm the day we stayed, and there was no air conditioner. The windows had no screens, and were painted shut. The beds were of acceptable comfort....

On Oct 1 2006 MrBoot wrote, While attempting to find availability for a return visit , I happened upon the only other review of the International . The bedbug report explained the mystery of the fresh bloodstains on my sheets in the morning on a previous stay ! I hope the motel can get their act "cleaned up" as it's a lovely place and the staff were courtious and friendly. Obviously , I stayed elsewhere on my last visit.

On Mar 29 2006 A TripAdvisor Member wrote, ...third day they did not change the sheets again and my girlfriend was getting strange bite marks all over her body. That night Maureen started feeling like something was crawling on her and she got up and found a small bug on her which we later found out was a bed bug. We found one more in the bed. As well we also found a large blood stain on the box spring and blood specks on the cover blanket
