On Dec 17 2011 as a jesture of good faith after i posted the previous report about this hotel i did observe a van outside the facility recently to which i was informed it was a company to rid of the bed bug issue.i can no longer account for this facilities actions from here on out for i have no first hand knowledge of its daily activities

On Nov 17 2010 B. Neumeister wrote, ...Utica Nov. 13th and 14th, 2010. We had adjoining rooms on the ground floor and most definitely did NOT have a problem with bed bugs nor anything else. Two in our group have a bed and breakfat business and very concerned regarding the bed bug problem. This is a very clean hotel, great staff and a very pleasant breakfast room.
