On Aug 8 2011 Lakes16 wrote, ...guest. Went back to the receptionist and we were then given another room. Found hairs in the tub, the base of the tub on the outside had built up dirt and grime. On a positive note we did not find bed bugs which we did check for. I know we will have to return to the area in the future, but the Comfort Inn on Cloverleaf will not be our hotel. Sorry to give a bad review, but, it is what it is!

On Jul 22 2011 I stayed at this in July 2011. during my stay i found 2 dead bugs and brought this to the attention of the front desk. they told me that they would do a through cleaning. The bedding was never changed. My 4 year old daughter came to stay with me on my last night and when we woke up she had bite marks on her neck. menttioned this to the fromt desk and they refused to honor any customer service guarantee....
