On Jan 16 2012 grossedout1965 wrote, ...was appalled at the condition of our room. The tub was dirty, the floors were disgusting, and one of the other rooms in our group had BEDBUGS! Management was beyond rude about the condition of the rooms and only refunded our money after mention of the police was brought in. We were finally able to check out at midnight and went across the parking lot to the Baymont and stayed there, much cleaner.

On Jan 14 2012 1/13/12 found a bug crawling on pillow next to child! Flipped over mattress and out came several more! When reported to "manager" our group was offered $5 off and room with bugs were offered a new room! After about an hour and a police and health department threat our money was refunded and we were able to stay at clean bug free hotel!
