On Jan 9 2011 My girlfriend and I stayed here on the weekend of 9/30/10 and got bed bug bites. After arguing extensively and many times with the hotel, including at the corporate level, and getting them to agree to give us at least a free night (stingy, right?)they never responded ever again, not giving us anything, and just leaving us hanging, and this was after they accused us of just lying, then lied themselves...

On Sep 3 2010 maddogs wrote, ...both legs and across her back. In the following days these bites turned into large red marks on the skin. Reported this information to this hotel and has not responded since asking for evidence, that we sent. This included photos, doctor's written conclusion that she was indeed bitten multiple times by bed bugs. We have since hired an attorney. This is still pending. Do not stay at this hotel.
