On Jan 1 2012 David wrote, I woke in my room #233 about 8:00am. I turned on the light over the bed and saw a sizable bed bug crawling on the blanket. I captured this bug and one other from under the mattress cover into a plastic ziplock bag and presented my findings to the on duty manager. The manager was good to cooperate with Hotel.com in processing a full refund.
