On Oct 14 2011 ____ wrote, October 12, 2011 We checked in after 8 p.m. and were reading in bed when one of us felt a bug on his neck. We saw many bed bugs on us, crawling on the walls, and on the two beds. We had noticed an odd smell when we arrived in the room. We got a refund and left at 10 p.m. I called Super 8 customer service no. 10/13 and filed a complaint. She said I would hear from them by 10/20.
