On Aug 3 2012 Ehviator wrote, ...that the cleaning staff had forgotten to vacuum the room. The beds were made with no apparent bed bugs (I checked the mattresses), the towels were fresh, but the long black hair behind the toilet suggested that the cleaning had been superficial and quick. I returned to the front desk to tell the receptionist and she was horrified and very apologetic. With the hotel fully booked during a busy summer...
