On Nov 28 2012 Shawna H wrote, I stayed two nights here and came home with bed bugs. I had to get my entire home sprayed by pest control because I had already unpacked and didn't realize I had brought them home. I sent my expenses to management and asked for a reimbursement to cover the spraying, as well as a full refund on the room and they refused. Worst customer service experience ever and that hotel stay ended up costing $1500....

On Nov 18 2012 Lisa wrote, Stayed 10/20.woke up in the morning with bugs everywhere. Juvenile to adult, blood streaked sheets. Went to manager with some bugs in a glass and he indicated he was aware of the problem and refunded our money immediately. He said they were in the process of treating the infestation and that our room was the worst one (room 202 and I'm soo sorry I don't report this earlier to save the previous writer!)....

On Oct 25 2012 I stayed in room 219 with a friend on 10/19/12 for two nights, which had two separate beds. My friend and I both got bites that developed the days after. After reading these posts, it's apparent that the hotel didn't do anything about the complaints. We will definitely be disputing our charges.

Checked the bed and I saw a couple of blood spots so most likely I had been bitten a few times. Checked the other bed and found one there too. On Sep 4 2012 SValle15 wrote, BED BUGS! VERY UNHAPPY MOM. We did a family trip to Monterey for the aquarium drove 4 hours so my 7 year old son could get bit by nasty bed bugs. I was very upset and we complained to the front desk and they were not rude but he did tell me that they had already expericened bed bugs in there hotel but thought they had taken care of it, he offered me a 30 dollar discount. Then I went to complain again...
