On Jul 30 2012 We stayed in Granite Falls on June 30rh. We encountered one large bed bug climbing on my husbands shirt- while he was laying on top of the bedspread. We called the manager and determined it was a large bed bug. We immediately left and drove home 120 miles at 11:00 pm. Hotel staff was very good and offered us another room. We declined. We understand this happens but felt the need to go home.
