On Aug 13 2012 Room looked clean but was woke by bedbugs in both of our beds an my daughter got many bites while I escaped with about 10. Were grabbing bugs off beds with both hands. Was not just a case of a couple bugs my unprofessional opinion is an infestation!

The staff is friendly and apologetic, seemed like they wanted to fix the problem for us by offering another room but I couldn't take the offer when I have kids with me.
