On Jul 16 2012 Got to the room, pulled back covers and didn't see anything. Woke up the next morning to a bug, pulled back the covers, found two more bugs. Reported it to management, found another bug, kept it. Management tried to tell me they were juvenile earwigs. I have since developed 8 arthropod bites. Would have never stayed if I had seen this report. Will be calling City-County Health for Yellowstone County...

On Apr 24 2012 ...night i woke up with at 3 more bites on my leg. once i got home. i had a total of 8 bites. i went to the doctors immediately and found out i had gotten bed bug bites from the hotel. There were many other complaints about the cleanliness of the hotel from several other people. I now am dealing with the bed bugs that traveled home with me. and the sores and bites all over my legs! Disgusting!

The next room they gave my included a pile of dog poop outside my door. The same room included BED BUGS. The clerk seemed surprised that I called the Health Dept. I would sleep in my car before booking here.
