On May 3 2012 Confirmed a bedbug infestation with individual requiring medical treatment following a stay at this Hotel. Sanitation department has intervened after being notified. Contacted National Howard Johnson Corp. office and their response was less than friendly or concerned. Representative had to be reminded to ask which of their motel/hotel was infected. Interesting approach to a health risk they may have.

On Sep 5 2011 Kathryn D wrote, ...mattresses. There was no fridge although there was a safe in the closet. Not only that, the hot tub we tried was murky and cold; the pool was bone chilling (there was a pool slide and the kids in the pool appeared to be enjoying it.) When I went to voice my concern to the desk clerk she was offish and rude. The whole experience made me feel gross and I cried for an hour worried about bed bugs.
