On Mar 12 2012 ...floor. I tried to checkout, but since it was a prepaid rate no money would be refunded. I wasn't completely sure it was bed bugs until the last night when I found two behind the headboard. Management (GM and AGM) were unresponsive to situation. Both the GM and her subordinates where rude and uncaring about the situation. Easily one of the worse run Marriott I've stayed and will never return.

On Nov 14 2011 ...to end up covered.head to toe.with bites. We returned home, had the bites medically examined-bedbugs. Upon reporting our experience to the management, we were told that they would follow up with a call. None came. Never again! The expense of ridding our own home of possible invasion coupled with the absolute misery of these countless bites for three weeks was awful. The lack of concern or follow...

On Aug 28 2011 Pat S wrote, ...be "no service". When you first arrive it gives you the impression that it is an upscale hotel. In the room however, you find that the bathroom door does not latch, the toilet is about six inches too low and the lights flicker. The maid arrived about 8:15am to work on the room, so put your "do not disturb" out before you go to bed. On the positive side, there were no bedbugs. The room was clean.
