On Mar 2 2012 Usair wrote, ...been ate alive. I am a usair employee, and have made it very clear to all my fellow usair employees to NO LONGER STAY THERE! The manager acts if they never have a problem with bed bugs, however when i have brought it to her attention she says no discounts till she gets it varified. Mind you i was a regular guest. I would recommend not staying here. Unless you like to be lied to and ate alive!

On Jan 31 2012 ____! I only spent 6 total hoiurs in this room and I got at least 7 bites and counting . I reported this to the General Mgr . who told me she was NO expert . and SIR . NEITHER ARE YOU! Then hung up. I've reported this to Choice corporate and to the Mecklenberg County Health dept! That woman should MADE TO SLEEP in the SAME ROOM au naturale for the entire night UNDER THE COVERS .
