After spending over $200 and countless hours, we finally got rid of these pests 4 weeks later after much stress and suffering. I received an extremely defensive attitude from the manager, and no help at all from the corporate offices, with no restitution made to us. We will NOT be staying there again!

On Dec 20 2011 Sue wrote, We stayed here on 11/24-11/26/11 for Thanksgiving. We did not experience any issues until we went home; about 4 days later, our daughter experienced bites at night. They then spread to two other bedrooms, so we have been treating aggressively for 3 weeks now. We have spent over $150 on a steam cleaner, sprays, powders and books. I have contacted the manager, but he has not yet returned my call.

On May 24 2011 ...and progressively had more and more bites on his arm. The morning he checked out, he found a live bed bug on his arm and suddenly knew why he had been itching the whole time. Since he booked through Orbitz, they did not refund his money but offerred him a free night, which of course he won't use. Since he spent most of his days at our house, we are now cleaning like mad to avoid an infestation....
