On Nov 18 2011 Cooper wrote, ...in the middle of the night. I woke in the morning to find that I had been charged again for the new room so I had to pay twice to get eaten up. I brought it to the managers attention he literally acted as if I was lying and dismissed the claim. On Sep 23 2011 A few of our employees stayed here on business. One of our associates came back COVERED head to toe in bed bug bites! We are currently in the middle of disputing it with the hotel. Likely from past responses, nothing will be done about it.

On Dec 5 2010 Anonymouse wrote, room 133 sept, 2010. I got bed bugs. Corp best western claimed it is the hotels problem, they could seemingly careless about the issue. The bites got to me when 1 appeared under my eye, then I went to the doctor, which was the best thing I did. The pain went away after the anti-itch cream. If this happens to you, go to the doctor right away do not wait.
