On Mar 14 2011 On Tripadvisor.com a guest reported on Jan 3 2011 that he had bed bugs on his pillow. The manager responded to his review and confirmed the bed bug problem. On Jan 3 2011 A TripAdvisor Member wrote, Checked in because I-5 was shut down Jan2. Charged me $99 instead of $75. Had bed bugs on the pillow. Staff just said sorry about that. Will never go back.
