On Feb 22 2012 Room was inspected directly after we were made aware of the complaint and no evidence was found to substantiate the Claim. Guest reported incident days after checking out and stayed at other hotels on their travels.

On Dec 14 2010 Was at hotel on Oct.21-23, 2010. Bedbugs ate me up. I even had to exterminate my home-very costly-had to go to doctor and get medication. I have several pictures of the bites and still have terrible scars to show for it. I attempted 5 times to speak with manager, Susan Ray, but she would not respond.
