On Dec 23 2011 Bug Un-Happy wrote, I saw a full grown bedbug on the comforter in my room. I later found two very small bugs crawling on the sheet. The staff was very accommodating and gave me another room. She even lifted the mattresses so I could examine them.

On Nov 2 2009 strawberyshortcake wrote, i was traveling with my family and we stopped for the night. after paying 80 dollars for a few hours of sleep we found out our beds were crawling with bed bugs! when we told the manager she wouldn't even refund us all of our money and charged us a 25 dollar fee!
