On May 15 2008 Best Western Inn at Novato wrote, Sunday May 11, 2008 my wife and I checked into the Best Western in Novato, CA. We had a room with two beds both of which had dead bed bugs between the bottom of the sheet and mattress cover. We were moved to another room and both beds in that room not only had bed bugs but molted skin from the bed bugs on the mattress cover, mattress, bottom of the mattress and under the dust ruffle on the box springs....
