On Nov 27 2012 Hotel is infested with bed bugs. Management kept moving people from room to room staying there was plumbing issues but later that evening Ecolab was treating multiple rooms on the second floor. Not right to lie to consumers and cause us to get bed bugs in our home. Thank ____ I saw the person treating for them as I now have a phobia of bringing them home. On Jun 30 2012 Without knowing about this, we stayed at this place in room 320 June 21-24. Unbelievably, they have NOT corrected the problem. My wife slept in the bed nearest the bathroom and is now covered in bites. We will be reporting this to the state of new Hampshire because this hotel knew about this problem and do not fix it. Stay away from this dump

On Apr 4 2012 Found bed bugs in room 320. Manage to kill two, but there were others. This was on the bed next to the bathroom which wasn't the one I was resting on. A similar incident happened to my boss and got rashes after bitten. Make you want to think twice about staying there.

On Oct 27 2011 Heidi S. wrote, we stayed at this hotel 10/14/11. 7 days later we were diagnosed as having been bitten by bedbugs, my sister had actually swept a bug off her body during the night, and was unaware that was the culprit. the hotel was not very helpful or apologetic.
