On Sep 4 2012 ...onto the desk so that I could put my son's pillow down. A few seconds later I saw that there was a bug on the pillow I moved. I didn't recognize it. I looked up "bed bug pictures" o my phone and it took a while to load. When I saw the picture of what one looked like, I was horrified. It was a ed bug. We got in really late after traveling all day and didn't check before getting into bed. Be careful! One of the front desk people was really helpful. The other one didn't seem to care. They did give us our money back after we tried to switch to another room and found more bugs.
