On Sep 4 2012 Disappointed from NC wrote, okay i guess the click full review button doesnt work on the negative reviews. To make a long story short, this hotel has bed bugs and roaches! We was moved to 3 different rooms, each having a problem that would not allow us to stay in the room comfortably. 203, had bed bugs the 2 bedroom suite on the first floor was full of roaches. Until these problems are resolved, I would stay clear of this hotel....

On Sep 4 2012 Disappointed from NC wrote, ...her room saying she felt something bit her. Sure enough we pulled back the sheet and there was a bed bug in full view. We called the front desk and they came up to the room with their equipment like this was a routine circumstance. Treated my mothers clothes and the room. This was room number 203. They moved us the next morning to the third floor. And if your counting, yes this is our 3rd move....
