On Mar 4 2011 ...to Phoenix and a few hours into the trip the itching began. Then the red welts. On Sep 21 2010 I received over 70 bites during the course of two nights (9-13-9/14/10). I believe they were in the down pillows and not the bed, as the room & bed were not disturbed between those two nights. The worst part was the lack of concern from the staff.
