On Dec 24 2012 Room 1427 on Nov 28 2012. Over 50 bites. MGT has not contacte me after 3 calls. I am working with the BB to get compensated for my room and medical. Be cautious. Multiple reports on the BED bug registry online.

On Jun 13 2012 The hotel is actually called 4 Queens. The hotel's restaurant is called Hugo's Cellar. I found 2 large bedbugs on my bed on 6/14/12. The hotel moved me to another room but didn't sound surprised that I'd found them.

On Jun 1 2012 It's infested they don't change the mattress when they heat the room to kill the bugs. The eggs are in the mattress fools!

On Aug 7 2011 My wife was bitten 6 times during out first night in one of their "deluxe" suites. It caused the back of her leg to swell up with hives. We also may have brought them home with us to Canada.

On Jul 19 2011 Stayed in room 1009, woke up early to catch our flight home. While finishing packing saw an adult bed bug crawl across the sheets. Smashed it to reveal it had recently fed on one of us as it was full of bright red blood. Searched more and found a nymph full of blood under the pillow and a colony under the mattress.
