On May 9 2012 Stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in the HRH tower from May 1-3, 2012. We woke up on the second morning to find a live bedbug on one of the beds in our room, and upon further inspection found 3 more on the curtains. We complained to the hotel and were told they needed a bio-inspection to confirm. Have not heard back since.

On Feb 14 2011 htoneill wrote, I was only there for a night and only spent a few hours in the room. When I got home, I found bed bug bites all over both legs. They weren't itchy at the time of checkout, so I didn't complain to the front desk. The visit was fun otherwise, so I am reluctant to rate it "terrible".
