The management went into complete denial about the situation and even threatend to call the cops when I wanted a refund, the manager even said "IF NEED 57 DOLLARS BACK THAT BAD, THEN WE DO NOT WANT YOUR TYPE IN OUR HOTEL ANYWAYS"

On Jun 18 2010 Joky wrote, room #32 spent 2 nights, woke up the second morning with at least 25 bites, my daughter had 5 bites. I informed the front desk.
