On Nov 11 2011 jr wrote, ...of noise and was placed in a differnt room upon waking in the morning my back was covered with bedbug bites, and i found 3 in the bed. My wife had stayed in the original room assigned fortuntely and wasn't bitten. I reported this to management, and took their maintenence man to the room where I showed him the bugs found. Management was very resposnive and conerned, and they credited the room back...

On Aug 23 2010 Chazzie25 wrote, ...the room. I went to my other family members rooms, it was not any better. If we did not arrive so late, I would have search for a another hotel. We decided to stay after checking that there was not bed bugs and it's only one night. In the morning we went to the banquet room for breakfast, quickly left. This place need a new rug 10 12 years ago. iT was completely unacceptable. What a nightmare!
