On Nov 2 2012 Kristina B wrote, Me and my wife stayed here in January 2012. She is HIGHLY allergic to INSECT BITES, and we woke up and found that she was bitten all over herself. We pulled back the bed sheets and it was INFESTED! Instead of giving me a full refund, they procedeed to give me a gift certificate, that I STILL have not used. Oh and front desk was VERY rude!

On Oct 16 2012 I stayed here on 12/31/2011. Woke up with MASSIVE amount of bug bites (I'm allergic) so it was really bad. The manager tried to inform me that they were sure there were no bed bugs and wouldn't give me a refund as well! TERRIBLE PLACE NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN! We called corporate but honestly they did nothing for the problem!

On Oct 16 2012 Kukuk I wrote, I stayed here New years eve 2012. Actually I was only there for about 8 hours because me and my husband were to intoxicated to drive. The next morning when we woke up he had bug bites all over him! They wouldn't give us a full refund instead a gift certificate (that i didnt want) and apologized and said they would take care of it. Long story short I called coorporate nothing still happened. DONT STAY HERE!

On Apr 29 2011 Night of stay: Monday, April 25th, 2011 Room: Second floor, in the corner of the two halls 2209? Returned home from one night trip to Albany with 20-25 bites. PA has said 99% certain it is bed bug bites (3 bites in a row).

We did have a noisy group next door, but when we called the desk to complain it was taken care of immediately! It wasn't the most elegant, not a lot of amenities, but just fine for a one night stay!
