On Aug 27 2012 Travelers from PA wrote, 8/25/12 - Suspicious when other hotels in the area were full but this Comfort Inn had 20 rooms available. (It was graduation weekend at West Point.) Checked in and put our luggage in the bathroom while we checked the mattresses. Found a small bed bug on one of mattresses and took it to the front desk. They very politely and very swiftly refunded all of our money and we left.

On Aug 18 2010 Forester9144 wrote, On check in, the front desk personnel were friendly, but that was about it. I got up to my room and did my usual sweep for bedbugs.
