On Jul 20 2010 anon wrote, July 2010 Woke up to many bites on neck, arms, and legs. Found a bug crawling on the bed and killed it. Needless to say, it exploded with my blood. Packed what I thought was salvageable and reported the incident to the manager. He was very nice and even emailed me the following day with an apology and how they planned to eradicate. Any encounter with bed bugs at a hotel, however, is sufficient enough...

On Dec 17 2007 Courtyard By Marriott Rye wrote, Second floor. At least 3 encounters of bedbugs have come from this hotel in the last 6 months. Employees who stay at this hotel on a daily basis were bitten by bedbugs. Not only were bites confirmed by a doctor but at least 2 live bugs were seen and 1 dead bug was obtained for proof. The hotel was notified and said that they took appropriate actions to alleviate the problem back in late spring'07.
