On Jan 4 2011 Stayed 12/29/2010 to 1/1/2011. Checked carefully and did not find any evidence of bedbugs in our room on arrival or during our stay. Stayed on the third floor.

On Oct 5 2010 09/24/10: Checked into room and immediately saw a bed bug on the pillow next to the welcome letter and two bed bugs on the curtain. Went back to front desk and asked for refund. Staff was very helpful and we had no problem getting our money back. Will not sleep with bed bugs!
