On Apr 19 2011 edenny81 wrote, ...started a full scale shouting match in our room and even threatened to call the police when a friend of ours showed up at the room and tried to help us explain that these were bedbug bites as he was claiming that they were not. We packed up and left with a full refund and stayed in the much nicer Country Inn and Suites in Cortland. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague.
